My Services
Space to Breathe
You’ve spent so much time in survival mode that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to breathe. Whether you’re navigating a high-pressure career in DC or a major life transition, we’ll work to bring you back to your center.
Format: Telehealth & In-Person
Duration: 50-minute sessions
Focus: Anxiety, Life Transitions, IFS, Relational Growth
Individual Therapy
The Focus: Moving from Panic to Peace
By shifting from self-criticism to self-leadership, we help your ‘protective parts’ soften so you can navigate life with clarity rather than overwhelm.
In our individual sessions, we won’t just talk about your problems; we’ll get curious about them. Using a blend of Relational therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help you:
Unburden the Past
Calm the Inner Critic
Navigate Transitions
Find your footing during major life changes, from career shifts to identity growth.
Family & Parenting Support
The Focus: Strengthening the Foundation
My approach to family work is rooted in the belief that when the foundation is secure, the whole system can flourish. We will work together to:
Improve Communication
Move past reactive cycles and into honest, heart-centered connection.
Support Your Parenting Part
Heal Relational Wounds:
Supervision for Clinicians
Cultivating Your Clinical Voice
Just as I believe in the power of a strong foundation for my clients, I believe that every clinician deserves a supportive, curious space to grow their professional identity. Supervision is more than a requirement for licensure; it is a vital part of your own “internal system” as a healer.
A Relational & IFS-Informed Lens
In our supervision sessions, we go beyond case management. I provide a collaborative environment where you can explore the nuances of the therapeutic relationship, including:
- Navigating Countertransference: Getting curious about the “parts” of you that show up in the room with your clients.
- Mastering the IFS Model: Deepening your confidence in identifying and working with client parts and unburdening.
- Ethical Excellence: Building a practice rooted in integrity and authentic self-awareness.
- The “High-Pressure” Clinician: Managing the unique stressors of practicing in the DC area and preventing burnout through sustainable clinical habits.
The Logistics:
- LPC Licensure (DC): I provide individual and group supervision hours for pre-licensed clinicians working toward their Washington, DC, licensure.
- Clinical Consultation: Available for established therapists looking to integrate a parts-based or relational approach into their existing practice.
