What sessions cost
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly. Session fees are discussed during the free 15-minute consultation, so you get an exact number for your situation before you commit to anything.
If you have out-of-network benefits, a portion of each session is typically reimbursed by your insurer. The steps below explain how that works and how to check yours.

Insurance & Reimbursement
I am an out-of-network provider. While I do not bill insurance companies directly, many clients receive significant reimbursement for our sessions through their out-of-network benefits.
Getting Started with Benefits
- Verify: Check your out-of-network benefits via Thrizer to see your specific deductible and reimbursement rate.
- Attend: We meet for our scheduled sessions.
- Relax: I charge you via Thrizer, and they automatically submit the claims. You never have to deal with “superbills” or insurance phone calls.
I also accept payment through square or zelle.
